Welcome
The July Sisters are identical twins Anne and Colleen Williamson. We play traditional folk music for kids and their families. Award winning musicians and teachers, we hope to educate and entertain children (and the young at heart!) through songs and stories. Our instruments include the hammer dulcimer, dobro, guitar, upright bass, autoharp, and mandolin. Special guests like Uncle Dan Higgins on banjo join in the fun on occasion. Drawing from folk music greats like Woody Guthrie, Doc Watson, Burl Ives, Pete Seeger and The Carter Family, we carry on this musical legacy to children of the twenty-first century.
